Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to sell and deliver our transcriptions:

• Account data: your name, email address and password when you create an account.
• Order data: the tabs you purchase, download history and payment status.
• Custom request data: the song title, artist, reference link, instruments and notes you send us.
• Usage data: anonymous information about pages visited, to improve the catalog and fix problems.

We use your data to create and maintain your account, process payments through Stripe, deliver the files you purchased, answer your support requests and send transactional emails about your orders. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly from your browser to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only the payment status and a reference to your order.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference and cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account exists, or as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing legoncalves7@goplaytabs.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep.

Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash and your session is protected with secure tokens. Files you purchase are delivered through authenticated links. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
